Please be aware that we are currently being targeted by a third-party operating under the name of PrincipleUs.com (note the absence of the “s” in the word Principles).  These imposters are running a fraudulent scheme in an attempt to steal people’s identity and banking information. Individuals purporting to be from PrinciplesUs (i.e., our company) contact their would be victims to arrange interviews via Microsoft Teams, Signal Messenger, or other messaging applications (though they never turn on their camera or engage in any way other than chat messaging). Based on those interviews, job offers from PrincipleUs.com that appear to be legitimate are sent that include a request for the victim’s banking information, ostensibly for the purpose of directly depositing their future paychecks. The letters also request that the recipient send money as part of a new-hire onboarding process. The positions offered vary, but they may include roles as a transcriber or translator. Please do not engage with these imposters. PRIOS, LLC is only interviewing for the Current Openings listed below. The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Partner Development Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our reseller network by recruiting coaches and consultants who align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Recruitment: Identify coaching and consulting firms that match our ideal partner profile and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns to engage these prospects.
  • Inbound Inquiry Management: Efficiently handle inquiries from interested coaches and consultants, providing them with comprehensive information about our offerings and our partner journey.
  • Pipeline Development: Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, guiding them through the training and certification process and helping them initiate sales activities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential partners. Demonstrate how our application adds value to their practice, benefits their clients, and generates additional revenue.
  • Partner Support: Work closely with new partners to ensure they are fully equipped to effectively use and sell our products.
  • Partner Tracking: Accurately create, update, and maintain sales and engagement activity through our CRM (HubSpot) and other tools as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in partnerships, sales, marketing, or recruitment is a plus.
